We recognize that the quality of government in a community can be affected by each of us individually.  However, we further recognize that no organized voice speaks on behalf of homeowners before the various agencies of our city government.  We, therefore, have formed the Lafayette Homeowners Council to be the advocate of homeowners' interests as determined by the constituent neighborhood representatives and individual members.
